Unified Technologies seeks a Project Manager to be located in Lexington or Louisville KY

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
What you’ll be doing:
  • Work start to finish with clients to review business needs and design solutions to meet their needs
  • Create Installation Timelines for new client installations
  • Complete Programming of ShoreTel and/or Mitel VoIP systems
  • Communicate and coordinate installation dates with Telco carriers
  • Work with technicians during installation and cutover of new phone system
  • Report trouble tickets with carriers and communicate status updates to clients
  • Conduct Training for End Users on use of Phone and Desktop Software Tools
  • Provide follow-up\on-going training for existing customers
  • Work on Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support needs
  • Create customized documents for training
What would be considered a plus on your resume (not a requirement):
  • 3-5 years of experience in the industry
  • Previous experience in ShoreTel, Mitel or VoIP
  • Experience with Project and Visio
  • Experience as a Support Role\ Help Desk representative or any IT\Networking Experience
