Regional Director of Sales
A Beverly Consulting client, a dynamic, growing company is seeking Regional Directors of Sales to work from home in the Midwest (Wisconsin or Minnesota highly preferred). The Regional Director of Sales will identify, develop and close new business; achieve an Annual Sales Production target and ensure account revenue potential is maximized; handle all sales activities with clients to include, identify and develop SAP (sales action plan) parameters, distributing/collecting contract and implementing established operational guidelines; provide monthly sales activity updates, quarterly target accounts and monthly revenue and new client projections; and utilize company CRM system to track and record the sales pipeline and revenue projections along with account and contact information.
5+ years of sales experience, including hotel and/or travel agency sales, required. Knowledge of clients with extended stay and large project needs, experience selling contracted outsourced solutions to “C” level, and knowledge of the Canadian market preferred. The selected candidate must be able to work independently with previous home office experience, be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills both written and oral, excellent time management skills, experience using SalesForce and a “can-do” attitude. This position will work from home with some travel required. $65 – 85K plus commission, travel reimbursement, phone and laptop.
